Day At Sea! (Entire Day and Night) Sunday

Georgetown, Grand Cayman (7am - 4pm) Monday

Grand Cayman is one of a group of three magnificent tropical islands Christopher Columbus called "Las Tortugas" (the turtles) for the sea creatures he found in the ocean water. The designation did not endure, however, for on later maps the islands were labeled the Caimanau, the Carib Indian word for "crocodile." The name "Caimanas" refers inaccurately to the iguanas native to the islands, which were perhaps at one point mistaken for crocodiles. Among other attractions, visitors to the island will enjoy learning about the turtles, visiting the town of Hell, exploring Seven-Mile Beach and enjoying the undersea world.

Things To Do:
- Stingray City: Experience a once-in-a-lifetime adventure: snorkeling with stingrays at Stingray City Sandbar. These relatively tame creatures will swim right into your arms and eat from your hand. They have velvety soft skin and love to have their bellies rubbed. Despite their frightening name, they are very gentle and won't hurt you as long as you stay away from their tails.
- Take a tour through the charming city of George Town, the capital of the Cayman Islands. Stop at the Conch Shell House, constructed entirely of the trumpet shells of the mollusk, and the town of Hell, whose name was inspired by its unusual rock formations. Visit the Turtle Farm, an interactive sea-turtle nursery where green and hawksbill turtles are bred and raised.
- Explore a seemingly endless stretch of magnificent coastline at Grand Cayman's world-famous Seven-Mile Beach.
- Get away from it all and enjoy a great island-style day out at the Rum Point Club, situated on the picturesque north side of the island.
- Sail the beautiful waters of the North Sounds, stopping by Stingray City, aboard the 60-foot racing catamaran Cockatoo.
- Grand Cayman is humorously referred to as "Brand Cayman" by those savvy shoppers who know the island's reputation for fabulous duty-free prices on designer merchandise. Great bargains abound on jewelry and watches from Caribbean Hook, Chopard, Honora, House of Tanzanite, John Atencio, John Hardy, Kabana, Roberto Coin, Starnight, Alfex, Cartier, Concord, Faconnable, Gucci, Maurice Lacroix, Michele, Movado, Wenger and more. Fine china, crystal, perfumes, leather, rum cakes, and liquor are available at bargain prices. Local crafts and treasure coins found in retail shops in George Town are also great buys.
- The official currency of the Cayman Islands is the Cayman Islands dollar (KYD). U.S. dollars, credit cards, and traveler's checks are widely accepted.

Ocho Rios, Jamaica (8am - 5pm) Tuesday

The town of Ocho Rios, on Jamaica's north coast, is edged with beautiful white-sand beaches and unbelievable landscapes. Contrary to popular belief, its name does not refer to "eight rivers," the literal Spanish translation. It derives instead from the Spanish word "chorreras," meaning "waterfalls," of which Ocho Rios has many - including the famous and spectacular Dunn's River Falls.

Thinks To Do:
- Just west of downtown Ocho Rios, you'll discover one of Jamaica's most famous waterfalls - Dunn's River Falls. The cool mountain waters plunge 600 feet to smooth limestone beds, then stream under the roadway before mingling with the turquoise Caribbean Sea. Whether you climb the falls or swim in the chilly eddies on the ocean side, you're sure to remember this place.
- Board a 30-foot, two-seater bamboo raft. Your captain will guide the raft down the two-mile winding tropical river as you enjoy the lush Jamaican foliage.
- Climb into a comfortable safari-rigged Land Rover® and prepare to experience the real Jamaica.
- Take a Jeep® safari adventure and climb 2,000 feet up to Murray Hill for a panoramic view of Ocho Rios, the Blue Mountains and Cuba.
- Board the 90-foot yacht San San for an exciting adventure off the coast of Ocho Rios.
- Experience an invigorating river-tubing safari down the White River and soak up the rays.
- Shop for the perfect souvenir in over a hundred duty-free stores on a Jamaican Shopping Bonanza tour.
- Take a downhill bike ride through limestone valleys where a variety of impressive ferns make for an amazing landscape. Stop at the eight springs that form Dunn's River Falls. Then continue to the bottom of the falls.
- When you're in Jamaica, you shouldn't miss the mouthwatering Jamaican jerk pork and chicken. It's not haute cuisine, but you'll crave these delicious traditional meats for years to come.
- The Jamaican dollar (JMD) is the official unit of currency. U.S. dollars, traveler's checks and credit cards are widely accepted.

Cozumel, Mexico (10am - 7pm) Wednesday

Today, visitors to the island continue to seek out gold and silver jewelry in the shops of San Miguel while having a great time in its many local bars and restaurants. Plus, the waters around Cozumel's sheltered coral reefs make this one of the best snorkeling areas in the world.

Don't miss the opportunity to explore the ruins of the ancient Mayan city of Tulúm, majestically perched above the turquoise Caribbean. The site was occupied as far back as 600 A.D. However, it was most densely populated around 1200 A.D. You will be struck by the pyramid-shaped El Castillo, which dominates the city from atop a forty-foot cliff. The nearby Temple of the Descending God provides equally excellent insight into the architecture of the Mayan people, who gained considerable achievements in the arts and sciences, only to decline and vanish for no apparent reason.

- Helmet dive in Chankanaab and trek around coral reefs to see the abundant marine life up close.
- Escape to the secluded beauty of your own private beach paradise, Passion Island, by a four-person canoe or motorized tender.
- Experience snow-white bunkers and breathtaking views as you play a memorable round of golf on the championship course at the Cozumel Country Club.

Equipment, instruction and guidance begin at Sand Dollar Beach. From there, you'll be able to enjoy everything your eyes behold for as long as you like, with transportation ready and waiting to take you back to your ship.

Belize City, Belize (7am-5pm) Thursday

With miles of lush tropical rain forest, a gorgeous Caribbean coastline and the longest barrier reef in the Western Hemisphere, it doesn't take long to realize why Belize City is known as "The Jewel." Located between Mexico and Guatemala, Belize possesses a unique combination of modernity and rustic Caribbean charm. Ancient ruins indicate that Belize was first inhabited by the Mayans in 900 A.D. This Indian heritage, combined with a rich European history, creates a destination full of charm and wonder for all to discover.

When you're in Belize, don't miss the chance to climb to the top of El Castillo. This 135-foot structure is one of the tallest Mayan structures in Belize. From the top, you can see the Peten Forest, the Mayan Mountains and even across the border into Guatemala. Keep your eyes open for flocks of toucans and parrots in the trees below you.
- Tour the amazing Altan Ha pyramid and discover the prevalence of Mayan influence in this culture. This ancient temple was erected as a symbol of Mayan honor and devotion to the Sun God, one of the central figures in their religious beliefs.
