You will need a picture I.D. to get into the port (Passports are usually best). Note: You will still need your passport when passing through customs once at the port.

What travel documents do you need to board the ship?
Once you are ready to check in, you will need 2 forms of identification to receive your Sea Pass. For entry and re-entry onto the ship, all U.S. born and naturalized citizens must now have a VALID U.S. PASSPORT!

Note: Birth Certificates are NO LONGER ACCEPTED! YOU MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT!

Foreign passengers must be in possession of a valid passport and a multiple-entry visa. It is your responsibility to check with government agencies and/or consulates to determine documentary requirements for entry and re-entry onto the ship. All documents must be originals.

Should I check in online prior to arriving at the Port?
NO Please only check in at the port since we are group and we do not want our travelers to check in online which will cause problems.

Where do I park my car if I want to drive to the port and how much is it?

The guest parking facilities are located adjacent to the terminals at the Mid-Port garage and the North-Port parking garage. The parking fees are $12 per day for regular sized vehicles and $15 per day for oversized. Complimentary shuttles are offered for Pier 18 guests.

What is the attire while on the ship?
Days onboard are casual. Be sure to bring a few swimsuits so you’ll always have a dry one and look stylish. There will be one formal night and two or three casual nights on the ship. Formal is cocktail dresses for women and suits and ties for men. Casual is sundresses or slacks and blouses for women and polo shirts and trousers for men.

What do I do with my luggage and how much luggage can I bring?
You check it at the port and it will be delivered directly to your cabin by Royal Caribbean staff. Each passenger is allowed to check 2 bags. Make sure you secure your luggage tags. Each guest is allowed to bring up to 200 pounds of personal property aboard the ship.

Do I need to put the Xtreme Trips Luggage Tags on my luggage?
Absolutely YES. Xtreme Trips staff recognizes our travelers and their luggage by looking for the Xtreme Trips luggage tags that we send with your tickets to your trip organizer. Please make sure to put this on your main piece of luggage that you check onto the ship.

Can I bring a carry on bag?
Yes, you can bring a carry-on but please do not put any food or drinks in your carry on bag! It will be confiscated at the port.

What food is included in our trip price?
Gourmet meals in the ship’s dining rooms and cafés and snacks throughout the day are all included on the cruise!

How much spending money do I need?
$250-$400. You know your spending habits better than anyone so it depends on if you’re a high roller or just trying to get by. If you eat and drink a lot while at the ports or drink a lot while on the ship, you’ll spend more than this. Use your best judgment for this.

Are Ship Gratuities included?
No. Prior to your departure date, you must log into your online account and add-on Ship Gratuities from the Trip Add-Ons section in your online account. Ship Gratuities are usually paid the last day of your trip but due to the large size of our groups, the cruise line requires that our guests pre-pay their gratuities before boarding. Ship Gratuities are paid on a per person basis and include any/all tips for your entire cruise. If you would like to give additional tips to bar staff, waiters, etc., it is not necessary, but appreciated by them.

Will our bags be searched when we board the ship?
Maybe, and maybe when you re-board too. Be careful with your “shampoo” bottles and “water” bottles as the cruise lines have become more and more strict with confiscations.

How can I be contacted on the ship in case of an emergency?
Your friends and family can contact the ship by dialing (888) 724-SHIP (7447). The cost is $7.95 per minute and can be charged to their American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.

What happens if I forget or lose my Passport or ship tickets?
You will not be able to board the ship. Immigration will not make any exceptions! You will also not be able to receive any refund from Xtreme Trips since all tickets are non refundable once paid for in full. Please keep your Passport and travel documents locked up in your bags or in your cabin safe.
DO NOT LOSE YOUR PASSPORT OR YOUR TRAVELER DOCS!

Will there be Xtreme Trips Staff on board the cruise ship?
Yes! Xtreme Trips always is happy to provide great adult Xtreme Staff to greet you at the Port and on board the cruise throughout your trip.
