All Standard Room bookings include 2 double sized beds, Cable TV, Full bathrooms, in room safes, in room coffee, iron and ironing board, and blow dryer.

The Regency Towers Condominiums are located on Thomas Drive about 1 mile down from the Summit and Club La Vela(5 min drive or 30 min walk). The complex is gated with 24-hour security and is still very close to the heart of all the spring break action. The complex has two large swimming pools and a children’s pool. The 2 bedroom units can sleep 8 persons comfortably with 9 being the max with a blow up mattress.
